TERMS OF DELIVERY:

• All shipments are shipped with an option preview.
• Deliveries within Bulgaria are made by the courier companies Econt Express and Speedy. The price of delivery is fixed for Econt, and for Speedy may vary according to the value of the charge.
• The courier service for both collection and return is at the customer's expense.
• The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days (exceptions are locations that are serviced on the schedule of Econt and Speedy). Please note that during brand promotional campaigns delivery may take up to 5 working days.
• Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are processed accordingly - Monday or first business day after the holiday.
• Orders are processed until 4pm on weekdays. Orders received after 4pm are processed the next working day.
• If the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified by a member of our staff on the number provided.

Shipping cost:

• The price of delivery is fixed for Econt when finalizing the order, and for Speedy may vary according to the value of the charge of the payment imposed.
• The delivery price is free for orders over 300 BGN (except for periods with active promotion).
• All prices include VAT

RETURN POLICY:

The user has the right within 14 days to withdraw from the goods he has purchased, choosing to return the product from a personal address or offices of courier companies Econt and Speedy. The customer does not have to pay any costs, except those for return delivery. The period starts from the date of:

• receipt of the product;

The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account you have indicated in the return request.

• All crocheted products are NOT returnable or exchangeable as each one is made to order and takes a long time to make.
• Underwear, swimwear - bikinis, boxers, thongs, briefs, bodysuits, and other products classified as underwear - CANNOT be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons
  
  The merchant has the right to refuse the return of a product in accordance with applicable legislation.

You can return an ordered item only when there are NO damages caused by improper use - the goods are not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, with traces of make-up. The packaging must also be in its original integrity and the item returned in it. All product labels must be retained, as well as the product's hygiene sticker if it contains one.

If we find that any of these conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to not refund your account and we will have to send the returned item back to you.

You have the right to make a claim in the event of:

• manufacturing defects in the goods (discovered on receipt of the product(s) or within 14 days subject to the above return conditions)
• item sent to you in error

In these cases, the cost of delivery will be borne by the Merchant. To make a claim, the Customer is obliged to notify the Merchant in writing to iskragallery@gmail.com in advance, attaching a photograph where the defect is clearly indicated or, in the case of a wrong size sent by the Merchant, also indicating the order number where the Customer's exact size is visible.
