Return & Exchange Policy: 

According to Art. 55, para. 1 of the
Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the consumer has the right, without
paying compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to refuse
the received goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In this case, the trader is obliged
to refund to the consumer in full the amounts paid by him not later than
14 days from the date on which the consumer has exercised his right to
refuse the goods, according to Art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer
Protection Act. The amounts are refunded to the client’s bank account.

If for any reason Clients are not
satisfied with an order the items can be returned for Size/Color
Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.

Next,
you must point out the items you want to return and the desired type of
return. Once received the email, ISKRAART.COM will send a confirmation
email for the return.

The return shipment costs are Client’s responsibility.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

Types of Returns:

Size/Color/Exchange – Products can be exchanged for different sizes or colors of the same item if available. The
exchange for a new item must be equal to or greater than the value of
the purchased item. The new item will be eligible for return through the
same return procedure.

Store Credit – As soon
as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the
total value of the returned items, which may be used on future
purchases. can be used one time only within one month of the return! Is not cumulative with order Store Credits! Must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit!

Refund – Refunds will be
processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by
ISKRAART.COM. For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will
be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing
statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card
Company. Orders paid by Bank Wire Transfer or Apple pay will be refunded
to the original account. Orders paid with cash on delivery will be
refunded through bank wire transfer to the Client. Refunds will be
issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in
the amount of refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will
not be reimbursed.

Returned Terms & Conditions:

The Security Tag must still be
intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn,
washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Items must be returned with all
original labels and tags still attached, packaging, and other
accessories received with the order. 

Accessories must be returned with
their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used
as the external parcel for the shipment.

All custom-made products are non-refundable.

Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim
shorts) must be tried on over underwear. Items that have any sign of use
or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Client.

⚠️PLEASE NOTE: From 01.02.21,
Swimsuits purchased online are NOT subject to return or exchange, for
hygienic reasons (Article 57, paragraph 5 of the CPA) and with
compliance with anti-epidemic measures related to COVID-19. If you would
like to try on our swimwear, you may do so at our store

Returns must be shipped in the ISKRAART.COM package, every item must be in its original box or bag.

In case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact: iskragallery@gmail.com

ISKRAART.COM reserves the right to
request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect
merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of
shipping and import fees. 

ISKRAART.COM reserves the right to
refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with
the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized
or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the
shipping address specified in the original order. 

Exceptions from the right of
withdrawal for contracts concluded on the website ISKRAART.COM are
excluded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Commission.
