Cancel/return a purchase

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Iskra
Shop you can return the item (s) to us within 14 days of receipt. It is
the responsibility of the customer to ensure reasonable care of the
goods and ensure that they are returned in their original condition and
suitably packaged for return post. We reserve the right to refuse
returns of items that are not in their original condition (WITHOUT
WARRANTY LABEL). Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a
return.

If the user chose to pay with credit or debit card and wants to
cancel or return the purchase(within 14 working days), will credit the
amount of the purchase back onto his card.

Risk in the delivered product(s) passes to you when the products are
accepted or signed for at the delivery address stipulated in your order.
We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to the products
after risk passes. Please be advised that you will be responsible for
paying any delivery costs incurred when returning goods to us. Any
exchanges and refunds will be for the value of the goods purchased only
and will not include any delivery costs.

If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. 

BANK WIRE TRANSFER

When Bank Wire Transfer is selected as the method of payment, the Client will automatically receive an email containing the bank account information for ISKRAART.COM The merchandise will then be reserved for the order until payment has been confirmed. The Client is asked to email a scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transfer within 48 hours of receiving the email request for payment. 

It is mandatory that the Client email a scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transfer within 48 hours to avoid the cancelation of the order. Merchandise will be shipped once the payment has reached ISKRAART.COM’s bank account. 

If the email of the scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transfer is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be canceled.

How do I use a promotion/coupon code?

To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field on the Shopping Bag page. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. You must click “redeem” in order for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be displayed on the Shopping Bag and Order Summary pages. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the shopping bag, a discount will not be applied.

How to use a Voucher/Gift Card?

The voucher can only be used by the Recipient. Promotion – Gift is not valid when purchasing a voucher. Promotion-Gift, is added automatically to the Recipient’s cart, if after deducting the value of the voucher, the order is over BGN 300.

How to use Promotion – Gift for purchase over EUR155?

The gift is automatically added to your cart if your order is over 155 euros.

The gift is added automatically after the use of vouchers and promo codes, if after deducting their value, the amount is over 155 euros.

A gift cannot be exchanged for another product.
